2. Data we process
- Contact details (name, email, phone, company)
- Account / SSO data (Google or Microsoft login)
- Tehostaja AI usage (settings, credits, content you submit, optional social connections)
- Payment status via Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)
- Technical logs (IP, browser, timestamps) for security
3. Why we process data
To deliver services, support, billing, security and legal obligations under GDPR (contract, legal duty, legitimate interest, or consent where required).
4. Processors / tools
Domainhotelli (website), Vercel (app), Supabase (database/auth), Stripe (payments), xAI Grok (AI analysis), Google/Microsoft (SSO). We do not sell personal data.
5. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability (where applicable). Email hannu@2ndconsulting.fi. You may complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman: tietosuoja.fi.
