Terms of Service
1. Services
Website, consulting, and Tehostaja AI SaaS (process analysis, digests, automation helpers). Separate consulting may have its own offer/contract.
2. Accounts
Keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not abuse or attack the service.
3. Your content & AI
You keep rights to your input and grant us a licence to process it to run the service (including AI). AI outputs are suggestions — not legal, tax, audit or investment advice.
4. Credits & payments
Some features consume credits. Packs/subscriptions are billed via Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Digital delivery starts after payment.
5. Availability & liability
We aim for good uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Liability is limited as far as allowed by law. Finnish law applies.
